Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC
Terms & Conditions
Effective: October 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, proposals, bookings, journeys, and travel-related services offered or coordinated by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
By confirming a booking or otherwise accepting these Terms in a legally recognized manner, the traveler agrees to be bound by them.
1. Role of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC develops, presents, and coordinates private luxury travel journeys.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may develop a journey concept itself, adapt an existing journey concept, or work with an independent destination management company or other travel professional to develop a proposed itinerary.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may gather traveler preferences, communicate proposed itineraries, request revisions, present arrangements, and maintain the client relationship.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not itself own, operate, manage, employ, supervise, maintain, inspect, or directly control independent hotels, destination management companies, transportation companies, aircraft operators, vessel operators, guides, activity providers, restaurants, insurers, equipment providers, or other travel-service suppliers.
2. Enquiries and Proposals
Submission of an enquiry does not create a booking, reservation, contractual obligation to provide travel, or obligation to purchase travel.
Website content, journey descriptions, sample itineraries, photographs, hotels, routes, experiences, transportation descriptions, aviation references, and indicative or “from” pricing are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prepared journeys may be modified according to traveler preferences, dates, availability, operational considerations, budget, and supplier conditions.
Bespoke journeys may be developed by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC, an independent destination management company, or both.
All proposed services remain subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Independent Destination Management Companies, Suppliers, and Partners
Travel services are provided by independent third parties.
These may include destination management companies, hotels, transportation companies, aircraft operators, vessel operators, guides, activity providers, restaurants, insurers, equipment providers, and other travel-service suppliers or partners.
Such providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, partners, or representatives of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not own, operate, employ, manage, supervise, direct, maintain, inspect, or control those independent providers, their personnel, equipment, facilities, business practices, or day-to-day operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, delays, cancellations, service failures, insolvency, financial default, equipment, personnel, safety practices, regulatory compliance, or other conduct of an independent destination management company, supplier, or partner.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC's selection, recommendation, inclusion, arrangement, presentation, communication with, or coordination of an independent provider does not constitute a representation, warranty, guarantee, certification, supervision, or assumption of responsibility for that provider or its services.
4. Traveler Release Regarding Independent Providers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the traveler agrees not to hold Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC responsible for injury, death, loss, damage, delay, expense, inconvenience, cancellation, service failure, or other claim arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or failure of an independent destination management company, supplier, or partner.
Where a claim arises from the operation or performance of an independent provider's service, the traveler agrees that the claim should be pursued against the party responsible for that service, subject to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the traveler releases Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC from claims arising solely from the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or failures of independent destination management companies, suppliers, or partners.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
5. No Agency, Partnership, or Joint Venture
Nothing concerning a journey creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or similar relationship between Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and an independent destination management company or supplier.
No independent provider has authority to bind Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC, admit liability on its behalf, modify its contractual obligations, promise compensation from it, or otherwise incur obligations in its name unless expressly authorized in writing by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
6. Pricing and Availability
All pricing and availability are subject to confirmation.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may rely upon rates, taxes, fees, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation provisions, restrictions, and other information supplied by independent destination management companies and suppliers.
Pricing may change before confirmation because of supplier rates, taxes, fees, exchange-rate movements, availability, government charges, or other factors.
A quotation or proposal does not guarantee availability or price until the affected services have been confirmed.
7. Formation of a Booking
A booking is confirmed only after all applicable booking conditions have been satisfied.
These may include approval of the final itinerary, acceptance of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC's applicable booking terms, acceptance of required supplier terms or waivers, receipt of required payment, and written confirmation that the relevant services have been secured.
An enquiry, discussion, itinerary draft, quotation, or proposal does not itself create a confirmed booking.
8. Payments and Financial Commitments
Payment requirements vary by booking and supplier.
Deposits, payment deadlines, refundability, and cancellation charges applicable to a booking will be disclosed before confirmation.
For arrangements sold on a net-rate basis, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may collect the retail price from the traveler and pay an independent destination management company or supplier the applicable net amount.
Amounts may become non-refundable once Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC, a destination management company, or a supplier becomes financially committed.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not required to advance its own funds for traveler obligations or replacement arrangements unless it expressly agrees to do so in writing.
9. Cancellation by the Traveler
Traveler-requested cancellations are subject to the terms applicable to the particular booking.
Refunds, if any, are determined by applicable cancellation provisions and amounts actually recoverable from destination management companies and suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not required to refund amounts that have become non-refundable, have been paid or committed to third parties, or cannot reasonably be recovered.
Any planning, administrative, or service fee expressly designated as non-refundable remains non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes Requested by the Traveler
Traveler-requested changes are subject to availability and applicable supplier conditions.
Changes may result in additional charges, including revised supplier rates, cancellation penalties, taxes, fees, fare differences, and additional planning or administrative costs.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may decline a change where it is unavailable, impractical, contrary to supplier requirements, or otherwise cannot reasonably be implemented.
11. Supplier Changes and Substitutions
Independent destination management companies and suppliers may change hotels, vehicles, aircraft, vessels, guides, activities, schedules, routes, restaurants, or other services because of availability, safety concerns, operational requirements, supplier failure, weather, government action, or other circumstances.
Where reasonably practicable, an alternative may be sought.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not guarantee that a substitute will be identical in location, character, quality, price, prestige, availability, or experience to the originally proposed service.
12. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not liable for delay, cancellation, interruption, loss, damage, expense, inconvenience, additional cost, or failure to perform caused in whole or in part by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, wildfire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, volcanic activity, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, governmental action, sanctions, border closures, entry restrictions, transportation disruption, airspace closure, mechanical failure by third-party operators, utility failure, cyberattack affecting a third party, supplier insolvency, or other extraordinary events.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may assist in seeking alternatives, credits, refunds, or revised arrangements but does not guarantee any such remedy and is not obligated to absorb additional costs.
13. Supplier Insolvency and Financial Failure
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not guarantee the solvency, continued operation, financial condition, or performance of an independent provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of business, refusal to refund, financial default, cancellation, or other failure by an independent provider.
Where funds have become non-refundable or unrecoverable from an independent provider, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not required to reimburse those amounts from its own funds except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Traveler Information and Accuracy
Travelers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information required for planning and booking.
This includes legal names, dates of birth, passport information, traveler details, mobility or accessibility requirements, dietary information, and other information reasonably required to arrange travel.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information supplied by a traveler.
15. Passports, Visas, Entry Requirements, and Government Rules
Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying all passport, visa, immigration, customs, transit, entry, exit, health, vaccination, documentation, and governmental requirements applicable to their journey.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may provide general information as a courtesy, but such information does not constitute legal, immigration, medical, or governmental advice.
Travelers remain responsible for independently verifying applicable requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, detention, deportation, fines, missed services, or additional costs caused by a traveler's failure to satisfy applicable requirements.
16. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are responsible for their own conduct.
Travelers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable rules, restrictions, instructions, and safety requirements imposed by independent providers.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for consequences resulting from unlawful, abusive, disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate traveler conduct.
A supplier may refuse or terminate service where traveler conduct creates a safety, legal, operational, or security concern.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for refunds, replacement services, or additional expenses resulting from such refusal or termination where caused by traveler conduct.
17. Damage Caused by Travelers
Travelers are responsible for damage or loss they cause to persons, hotels, residences, vehicles, aircraft, vessels, equipment, furnishings, facilities, or other property.
Any resulting charges, claims, repair costs, replacement costs, penalties, or legal expenses may be the traveler's responsibility.
18. Health and Medical Fitness
Each traveler is responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in their chosen journey and activities.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not provide medical advice or determine traveler fitness.
Travelers should obtain appropriate professional advice regarding health conditions, medications, vaccinations, altitude, physical activity, pregnancy, dietary restrictions, mobility, or other relevant considerations.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for the availability, quality, adequacy, or outcome of medical treatment obtained during travel.
19. Travel Insurance
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may require specified travel insurance as a condition of booking or participation in certain journeys.
Where required, travelers may be required to maintain appropriate emergency medical and medical evacuation/repatriation coverage and provide evidence of coverage.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC strongly recommends appropriate trip cancellation, interruption, delay, baggage, supplier-default, and other travel insurance.
Travel insurance is provided by independent insurers under their own terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.
Unless separately authorized, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not provide insurance advice, guarantee insurance coverage, interpret insurance policies, determine claim coverage, or certify that a traveler's insurance is adequate.
Receipt of evidence of insurance by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not constitute approval or certification of that coverage.
Failure to purchase recommended insurance does not create an obligation on Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC to reimburse losses that might otherwise have been insured.
20. Assumption of Travel Risk
Travel inherently involves risks, including accident, injury, illness, property loss, transportation disruption, weather, unfamiliar environments, physical activity, and circumstances that may not be predictable or avoidable.
By booking and participating, travelers acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with travel and their chosen activities.
21. Aviation and Aircraft Services
Aircraft, helicopters, private charters, air taxis, scheduled aviation, and similar services are operated by independent aviation providers.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not own, operate, maintain, crew, pilot, dispatch, inspect, certify, or control aircraft or aviation operators.
Licensing, airworthiness, maintenance, crew qualifications, flight operations, weather decisions, routing, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the applicable independent operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, cancellations, delays, operational decisions, safety practices, or performance of independent aviation providers.
22. Watercraft and Marine Services
Yachts, ferries, charter vessels, boats, and marine services are independently operated.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not own, operate, maintain, crew, navigate, inspect, certify, or control vessels or marine operators.
Operational decisions, maintenance, staffing, weather decisions, safety procedures, licensing, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the applicable operator.
23. Activities and Equipment
Recreational and other activities may involve inherent risks.
Travelers are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them and for complying with provider requirements.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not operate, supervise, instruct, or control independent activity providers.
Where equipment is rented or supplied by an independent provider, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not own, inspect, maintain, fit, certify, or guarantee that equipment.
24. Supplier Waivers and Participation Requirements
Independent providers may require separate waivers, releases, acknowledgments of risk, participation agreements, or other conditions.
A traveler who does not satisfy an independent provider's requirements may be unable to participate.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or losses resulting from a traveler's refusal or inability to satisfy such requirements except where applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BEVERLY HILLS LUXURY TRAVEL LLC ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY BOOKING, JOURNEY, ITINERARY, PROPOSAL, OR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION ACTUALLY RETAINED BY BEVERLY HILLS LUXURY TRAVEL LLC FOR ITS OWN SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFECTED BOOKING.
Amounts collected by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and paid or payable to destination management companies, hotels, transportation companies, aircraft operators, vessel operators, guides, activity providers, tax authorities, payment processors, or other third parties are not compensation retained by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and shall not be included when calculating this liability cap.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC has no liability for losses caused by independent destination management companies, suppliers, partners, travelers, third parties, or events outside its reasonable control.
This limitation applies regardless of whether a claim is asserted in contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation, statute, or otherwise, except only to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.
26. Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, lost income, lost profits, emotional distress, reputational harm, inconvenience, or similar consequential losses.
27. Traveler Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the traveler agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:
breach of these Terms;
false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading traveler information;
traveler negligence, misconduct, or unlawful conduct;
violation of laws, governmental requirements, supplier terms, or safety instructions;
damage caused by the traveler to persons or property;
third-party claims arising from traveler conduct;
unauthorized actions taken on behalf of another traveler;
or claims arising from a lack of authority to act for another member of the travel party.
This obligation does not apply to the extent liability results from conduct of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC that cannot lawfully be transferred or limited.
This section applies only to claims brought by third parties. Attorneys' fees in disputes directly between Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and a traveler are addressed in Section 34.
28. Lead Traveler Authority
A person who submits an enquiry, approves an itinerary, accepts terms, makes payment, or confirms a booking on behalf of others represents that they are authorized to act for those travelers.
The lead traveler is responsible for providing all members of the travel party with applicable terms, conditions, supplier requirements, cancellation provisions, payment requirements, and material travel information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, acceptance by the lead traveler may constitute acceptance on behalf of the other travelers included in the booking.
29. Minors
Where a traveler is a minor, the applicable parent or legal guardian is responsible for required approvals, documentation, consent, and supervision.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not assume parental, custodial, supervisory, or guardianship responsibility for a minor traveler.
30. Complaints and Incidents
Travelers should notify Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC or the applicable destination management company as soon as reasonably possible when a significant problem, injury, incident, service failure, or complaint occurs.
Prompt notice allows the responsible provider an opportunity to investigate, preserve evidence, and potentially address the issue.
Failure to provide timely notice may affect the ability to investigate or resolve a later claim to the extent permitted by law.
31. Assistance Does Not Constitute Admission or Assumption of Liability
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may assist travelers with communications, emergency contacts, alternative arrangements, refunds, credits, supplier discussions, or other matters.
Such assistance does not constitute an admission of fault, negligence, responsibility, contractual obligation, or liability.
It does not mean Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC has assumed operational control or responsibility for the underlying service or event.
32. Written Claims and Preservation of Evidence
Claims against Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC should be submitted in writing with sufficient information and documentation to permit evaluation.
Travelers should preserve relevant photographs, receipts, correspondence, medical records, incident reports, witness information, and other evidence.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may retain and disclose relevant booking records, communications, accepted terms, payment information, supplier information, and incident records where reasonably necessary to investigate, defend, insure, or respond to a claim or legal process.
33. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Payment disputes and chargebacks are subject to applicable law, payment network rules, and the procedures of the relevant financial institution or payment processor.
Where a payment is disputed, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may provide the applicable booking agreement, accepted terms, supplier conditions, booking confirmations, payment records, and relevant correspondence to the payment processor or financial institution.
Nothing in this section restricts any payment dispute or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be waived.
34. Attorneys' Fees and Legal Costs
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or ordered by a court or tribunal with jurisdiction, each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys' fees, expert fees, and other legal expenses incurred in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or a booking.
Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
35. Dispute Resolution
Travelers are requested to notify Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC in writing of any dispute arising from a booking or journey and provide sufficient information to allow the matter to be reviewed.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may seek to resolve disputes through direct communication or other mutually agreed means.
Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
36. Individual Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
Where legally enforceable, travelers agree not to bring or participate in a class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding against Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
37. Entire Agreement
For each confirmed booking, the agreement between the traveler and Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC consists of these Terms & Conditions, the Booking & Payment Policy, the applicable written itinerary and booking-specific commercial terms accepted by the traveler, and any subsequent written amendments agreed to by the parties.
Prior discussions, emails, text messages, oral statements, photographs, website content, brochures, marketing materials, and other communications do not modify or expand the obligations of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC unless expressly incorporated in writing.
38. No Reliance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, travelers acknowledge that they are not relying upon any representation, promise, warranty, guarantee, or assurance that is not expressly contained in the booking documents identified in Section 37.
39. Order of Precedence
Where the documents applicable to a booking conflict, the following order of precedence applies:
Booking-specific written amendments agreed to by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and the traveler.
These Terms & Conditions.
The Booking & Payment Policy.
The written itinerary and booking-specific commercial terms accepted by the traveler.
Applicable independent supplier or destination management company terms incorporated into the booking.
Notwithstanding the above, the accepted booking-specific price, inclusions, exclusions, dates, payment schedule, and cancellation conditions govern those particular commercial details.
Website descriptions and marketing materials do not override the accepted booking documents.
40. No Oral Modification
No oral statement, telephone conversation, informal message, or representation by an employee, independent provider, guide, driver, concierge, destination management company, or other person modifies the contractual obligations of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
Any modification must be expressly confirmed in writing by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
41. No Waiver
Failure by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC to enforce a provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be expressly made in writing.
42. Severability
If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
43. Assignment
Travelers may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under a booking without prior written consent from Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may assign or transfer rights or obligations where permitted by law.
44. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should continue after completion, cancellation, or termination of a journey shall survive.
This includes, where applicable, releases, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, claims provisions, attorneys' fees provisions, dispute provisions, recordkeeping obligations, and other continuing protections.
45. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
Electronic signatures, online acceptance, checkbox acceptance, payment after presentation of applicable terms, and other legally recognized electronic acceptance methods may constitute binding acceptance.
Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may retain records showing the date, time, version of the terms, booking reference, and method of acceptance.
46. Important Traveler Acknowledgment
By accepting a booking, the traveler specifically acknowledges the provisions concerning:
independent providers; supplier responsibility; release of Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC; assumption of travel risk; limitation of liability; excluded damages; traveler indemnification; cancellation and refund provisions; travel insurance; dispute resolution; and legal costs.
The traveler acknowledges having had an opportunity to review these Terms before confirming the booking.
