BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until:

• The required deposit is received, and

• Written confirmation is issued by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.

The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

Payment Structure

Each journey is subject to a defined payment schedule outlined in the Trip Itinerary Attachment.

Deposit

An initial deposit is required to secure participation.

Deposits may be paid via:

• Approved credit card

• ACH transfer

• Wire transfer

Deposits are subject to applicable cancellation terms and may be non-refundable.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid via:

• ACH transfer, or

• Wire transfer

Credit card payments are not accepted for final balance amounts.

Failure to remit final payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation without refund of prior payments.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By submitting a deposit via credit card, Guest acknowledges:

• The charge is authorized.

• The payment is subject to the signed Travel Agreement.

• Cancellation penalties apply as outlined in the Agreement.

Guest agrees not to initiate a chargeback for properly authorized and contracted services.

In the event of a chargeback:

• The Company reserves the right to provide signed agreements and booking documentation to the issuing bank.

• Guest shall be responsible for any fees or legal costs incurred as a result of improper payment disputes.

• The Company may pursue recovery through arbitration as provided in the Travel Agreement.

Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by:

• The signed Master Travel Agreement

• The Trip-Specific Cancellation Schedule

No verbal statements modify written terms.

Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

The Company reserves the right to:

• Request identity verification

• Decline transactions

• Cancel reservations if fraud is suspected
