Booking & Payment Policy

Effective: October 9, 2026.

This Booking & Payment Policy applies to bookings made with Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC and should be read together with the Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC Terms & Conditions.

Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a proposal does not create a confirmed booking.

All proposed journeys, services, pricing, and availability remain subject to final confirmation.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after all applicable booking conditions have been satisfied.

These may include:

  • approval of the final itinerary;

  • acceptance of the applicable Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC Terms & Conditions;

  • acceptance of any required supplier terms or waivers;

  • receipt of required payment;

  • and written confirmation that the applicable travel services have been secured.

Until those conditions are satisfied, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not obligated to provide or secure any particular travel service.

Deposits and Final Payment

Deposit requirements, payment schedules, and final-payment deadlines vary by booking and by supplier.

The applicable amounts and deadlines will be communicated before confirmation.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability, price changes, or supplier penalties.

Non-Refundable Amounts

Travel services may become non-refundable in whole or in part once Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC, a destination management company, or an independent supplier becomes financially committed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not required to refund amounts that:

  • have become non-refundable;

  • have already been paid or committed to third parties;

  • are subject to supplier cancellation penalties;

  • or cannot reasonably be recovered from the applicable destination management company or supplier.

Any Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC planning, administrative, or service fee expressly identified as non-refundable will remain non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Traveler Cancellations

Traveler-requested cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the specific booking.

Any refund will depend on:

  • the applicable cancellation provisions;

  • amounts already paid or committed;

  • supplier penalties;

  • and amounts actually recoverable from destination management companies and independent suppliers.

Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not guarantee that any particular amount will be refundable.

Supplier Cancellations or Service Failure

If an independent destination management company or supplier cancels, changes, or fails to provide a service, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may assist the traveler in seeking a refund, credit, alternative service, or other remedy from the responsible provider.

Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC does not guarantee that a refund, credit, replacement, or equivalent service will be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC is not required to reimburse a traveler from its own funds for amounts that an independent provider fails or refuses to return.

Traveler-Requested Changes

Changes requested by a traveler are subject to availability and the terms imposed by destination management companies and suppliers.

Changes may result in additional costs, including:

  • revised supplier rates;

  • change fees;

  • cancellation penalties;

  • taxes;

  • fees;

  • fare differences;

  • and additional planning or administrative costs.

Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may decline a requested change where it cannot reasonably be implemented.

Pricing and Availability

All pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation.

Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may rely on pricing, taxes, fees, payment terms, cancellation provisions, restrictions, and other information supplied by independent destination management companies and suppliers.

Rates and availability may change before confirmation.

No quotation or proposal guarantees a price or service until the applicable booking has been confirmed in writing.

Payments Collected by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC

Where Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC collects payment, it may retain its own compensation and remit applicable amounts to destination management companies, suppliers, tax authorities, payment processors, or other third parties.

Amounts collected for third-party services do not become compensation retained by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC merely because they pass through an account controlled by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Payment disputes and chargebacks are subject to applicable law, payment network rules, and the procedures of the relevant financial institution or payment processor.

Where a payment is disputed, Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC may provide the applicable booking documents, accepted terms, supplier conditions, booking confirmations, payment records, and relevant correspondence to the payment processor or financial institution.

Nothing in this section restricts any payment dispute or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be waived.

No Oral Modification

No oral statement, telephone conversation, text message, informal email, or other informal communication modifies payment, cancellation, refund, or booking terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC.

Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Booking & Payment Policy is subject to the Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC Terms & Conditions.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Beverly Hills Luxury Travel LLC Terms & Conditions control.
